Frequently Asked Questions

Do customers need to download an app?

No. Visitors simply scan the QR code with their smartphone camera to launch the AR Experience directly in their web browser. No app installation is required.

What counts as one AR view?

Each successful QR code scan that launches the AR Experience counts as one (1) view.

What happens if I exceed my monthly view allowance?

If your experience exceeds the included monthly views, additional monthly view packages or upgraded hosting can be added. Wallsticker will contact you before any additional charges are incurred.

Is monthly hosting required?

Yes. Active hosting is required for the QR code and AR Experience to remain available. If hosting is discontinued, the experience will no longer function.

Can I update my AR Experience later?

Yes. Future artwork, animation, video, messaging, and content updates are available after launch as additional services.

Does Wallsticker print and install the graphics?

Absolutely. Wallsticker provides nationwide printing and professional installation of wall murals, window graphics, signage, and other large-format graphics. Printing and installation are quoted separately unless included in your proposal.

Can you create the animation?

Yes. We transform your approved artwork into engaging AR Experiences using motion graphics, AI-enhanced animation, and interactive WebAR technology.

Can I use my own artwork?

Yes. Most clients provide their own artwork, branding, photography, or marketing assets. If needed, Wallsticker also offers professional graphic design and creative services.

What is included with every AR Experience?

Every project includes WebAR setup, QR code generation, artwork optimization, animation integration, testing, publishing, and project management.

Can AR be used outdoors?

Yes. AR Experiences work with both interior and exterior printed graphics, including wall murals, storefront windows, signage, sports venues, museums, schools, exhibits, and retail environments.

Does AR work on both Apple and Android phones?

Yes. Modern iPhone and Android smartphones with supported web browsers can launch WebAR Experiences without installing an app.

How long does an AR project take?

Project timelines vary depending on artwork complexity, animation requirements, approvals, and printing. Most projects are completed after artwork approval, production, testing, and final client approval.
