Warranty Policy
Effective Date: July 1, 2026
Wallsticker is committed to delivering professionally designed, fabricated, and installed commercial signage using quality materials and industry best practices. This Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage provided by Wallsticker and outlines limitations, exclusions, and customer responsibilities.
Warranty coverage applies only to products and installation services provided directly by Wallsticker unless otherwise stated in writing.
Workmanship Warranty
Wallsticker warrants that products fabricated by Wallsticker will be free from defects in workmanship under normal use and service for the applicable warranty period specified in your proposal, invoice, manufacturer warranty, or project documentation.
Professional installation performed by Wallsticker is warranted against installation defects resulting directly from our workmanship during the applicable warranty period.
Should a covered warranty issue arise, Wallsticker will, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or otherwise remedy the affected portion of the product or installation.
Manufacturer Warranties
Many materials used by Wallsticker, including premium vinyl films, laminates, acrylics, aluminum, LEDs, and other signage components, are manufactured by third-party suppliers.
Manufacturer warranties remain subject to each manufacturer's terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions.
Where applicable, Wallsticker will reasonably assist customers in coordinating warranty claims with the material manufacturer.
Customer-Supplied Artwork
Wallsticker is not responsible for errors contained within customer-supplied artwork, including but not limited to:
Spelling errors
Grammar
Incorrect dimensions
Low-resolution images
Improper color selections
Missing fonts
Incorrect logos
Incorrect branding
Production-ready files approved by the customer
Customers are solely responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all proofs prior to production.
Proof approval constitutes acceptance of all artwork, layout, dimensions, colors, spelling, and production specifications.
Customer-Supplied Materials
Wallsticker cannot warranty customer-supplied materials, including but not limited to:
Vinyl
Printed graphics
Acrylic
Aluminum
Sign panels
Hardware
Electrical components
LED products
Fasteners
Digital files
Other customer-furnished products
Installation of customer-supplied materials is performed at the customer's risk unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Surface Conditions
Warranty coverage does not include failures caused by existing substrate or surface conditions beyond Wallsticker's control.
Examples include:
Peeling or failing paint
Freshly painted surfaces
Improperly cured paint
Damaged drywall
Moisture intrusion
Surface contamination
Oil, grease, dust, or debris
Existing wall damage
Masonry deterioration
Existing structural defects
Customers are responsible for providing structurally sound installation surfaces suitable for the intended application.
Wall Graphics
The long-term performance of wall graphics depends heavily upon wall preparation, paint quality, environmental conditions, and substrate compatibility.
Wallsticker cannot guarantee adhesion to every painted or textured surface.
Removal of wall graphics may result in paint damage, drywall damage, or surface repairs depending on the condition of the wall and previous paint applications.
Such conditions are not covered under warranty.
Window Graphics
Wallsticker is not responsible for pre-existing glass defects, scratches, failed insulated glass seals, thermal stress fractures, defective glazing, damaged tint, or other glass conditions unrelated to our workmanship.
Customers are responsible for verifying that glass surfaces are suitable for graphic installation.
Vehicle Wraps & Fleet Graphics
Vehicle graphics should be maintained in accordance with industry best practices.
Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
Vehicle accidents
Rock chips
Road debris
Scratches
Pressure washing too closely
Automatic car washes using abrasive brushes
Chemical exposure
Fuel spills
Improper cleaning products
Vandalism
Neglect
Third-party repairs or modifications
Vehicle wraps naturally experience wear over time depending on climate, storage conditions, driving frequency, and maintenance practices.
Color Variations
Minor color variations between production runs, materials, substrates, digital displays, printed proofs, and manufacturer lots are considered normal within commercial printing tolerances.
Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
Natural Wear
Normal aging is not considered a warranty defect.
Examples include:
Minor fading
Surface wear
Minor scratches
Gloss reduction
Environmental weathering
UV exposure
Normal material aging
The service life of graphics varies depending on installation location, climate, orientation, maintenance, and material selection.
Improper Use
Warranty coverage becomes void if products are altered, modified, improperly installed by others, relocated, abused, neglected, or used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
Acts Beyond Our Control
Warranty coverage does not include damage resulting from circumstances beyond Wallsticker's reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Fire
Flood
Earthquake
Windstorms
Hurricanes
Hail
Lightning
Acts of God
Vandalism
Theft
Accidents
Building movement
Structural failure
Government action
Utility failures
Warranty Claims
Customers should inspect all products immediately upon delivery or installation.
Any warranty concerns should be reported promptly after discovery.
Wallsticker may request photographs, project information, site access, or inspection prior to determining warranty eligibility.
Warranty remedies are limited to repair or replacement of the affected product or installation, at Wallsticker's sole discretion.
Warranty coverage does not include consequential damages, lost profits, business interruption, rental costs, labor performed by others, or incidental expenses unless required by applicable law.
Limitation of Warranty
Except as expressly stated herein, Wallsticker disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
This Warranty Policy represents the exclusive warranty provided by Wallsticker unless otherwise stated in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Wallsticker.
